Purpose of the job

Accountable for the achievement of all branch targets by effectively managing resources and assets and ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key areas of responsibility

  1. Identify methods to assume overall responsibility and accountability for the management and productivity of the branch. Liaise with branch managers to identify methods
  2. Show knowledge and capabilities to ensure operational and financial administrative efficiencies
  3. Actively contribute to ensure effective sales, marketing and new business development
  4. Ensure effective Human Capital Management
  5. Ensure effective Asset Management

Knowledge and skills needed for the job

Minimum Required Education Matric/Grade 12
Advantageous Technical Qualifications, People Management Certificate or Diploma, Marketing Diploma.
Related experience 5 years: People management experience

5 years: Agricultural Parts/ Agricultural industry experience

5 years: Sales skills and sales management experience

5 years: Interactions and exposure in engaging with authority on senior levels

Working Environment

Health and Safety Risk Yes. Assume full responsibility for the health and safety of the branch
Protective Clothing Yes. As and when required
Travelling Yes. Varies and when required
Overtime Yes. As and when required
Stand By Yes. Weekends and after hour callouts
