Branch Manager Vacancy
Purpose of the job
Accountable for the achievement of all branch targets by effectively managing resources and assets and ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key areas of responsibility
- Identify methods to assume overall responsibility and accountability for the management and productivity of the branch. Liaise with branch managers to identify methods
- Show knowledge and capabilities to ensure operational and financial administrative efficiencies
- Actively contribute to ensure effective sales, marketing and new business development
- Ensure effective Human Capital Management
- Ensure effective Asset Management
Knowledge and skills needed for the job
Minimum Required Education | Matric/Grade 12 |
Advantageous | Technical Qualifications, People Management Certificate or Diploma, Marketing Diploma. |
Related experience | 5 years: People management experience
5 years: Agricultural Parts/ Agricultural industry experience 5 years: Sales skills and sales management experience 5 years: Interactions and exposure in engaging with authority on senior levels |
